Where we can be useful.
A new product. A repetitive workflow. Software that has become hard to change.
Those are the three places we usually start.
01 / New product
Something needs to exist.
We help turn a rough idea into the first version that is useful enough to put in front of real people.
We can join at the sketch stage or after the first requirements already exist.
02 / AI + automation
Remove the work that should not need a person.
We start with the workflow: what comes in, what decisions happen, which tools are touched, and where a human should remain in control.
AI is useful when it changes the work, not when it only adds another chat window.
03 / Existing software
Make it easier to change.
When software slows a team down, the visible problem is not always the real one. We trace the constraint before proposing a rewrite.
Sometimes the answer is new code. Sometimes it is removing the wrong dependency.
Start small
The first engagement should prove something.
Most projects begin with one bounded piece: a prototype, a workflow map, an architecture pass, or the first production slice.
If that creates value, we keep going.
